Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting a small business. All orders are processed within 2-3 days ( Not including weekends and holidays ). Shipping arrival time will begin after your order has been shipped, not after placing an order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. Visit our website at www.muycute.ca and track your order there.
We only ship within Canada at the moment. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. If you are outside of Canada and would like to place an order. Please contact us at info@muycute.ca. We can provide a quote and bill you through Shopify.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item (oopsie!), let us know right away. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. Just remember, we're NOT responsible for any damage caused by shipping carriers. So, if your package looks like it's been through a wild adventure, make sure to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

MuyCute does not provide refunds or exchanges. If, by some rare chance, we make a mistake with your order (hey, we're only human!), just shoot us an email :) at info@muycute.ca. We'll do everything we can to make it right and ensure you're a happy camper.
If we approve your return/refund, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Just keep in mind that it may take a little while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days and you're still waiting, give us a shout.
Oh, and one more thing - our address is not a store front. It's a shipping warehouse. So, if we accept a return due to our mistake (which we'll do our best to avoid) we will get in touch with you. No in-person returns at this location, sorry! Just reach out to us at info@muycute.ca for all the return/refund deets.
